Be Lounge is proud to have 3 agencies in France, each with its own rental stock. Our 35 permanent people (more than 80 in high season) enable us to cover the entire southern belt of the country, as well as the capital, Corsica, Switzerland and the Costa Brava.
As pioneer in the rental of stretch tents, Be Lounge has become a benchmark in the events sector. Our services are "turnkey", provided by our teams trained in discretion. When you choose Be Lounge, you're opting for peace of mind and a unique approach to your event, from conception to completion.
Covering more than 40 events a week in high season and almost 900 a year, our different agencies work with private individuals and professionals to create custom-made events. From a small cocktail party to the largest of trade shows, our objective remains the same : offer a refined event that's just like you.

Belgian-born David Istas founded Be Lounge in 2012. Working in partnership with Benoît Loos and Philippe Delaisse, both owners of the Ethnicraft furniture brand, they shared a common vision : change the events sector by offering refined furnishings. David started out on his own, with as first reference the Lounge seating sets, which he delivered himself to his growing clientele. The company's real turning point came in 2013 with the introduction of a new structure from South Africa, crafted by the world leader Tentickle : the stretch tent.
David surrounded himself with the most motivated employees, whom he carefully trained. This innovative offer put Be Lounge to the forefront of
the events scene : over the years, the company expanded its range, increased its stocks and extended its geographical area of activity to cover the whole south of France.
Today, Be Lounge is a key player in the field of top-of-the-range event furnishings. It offers its expertise to events of all sizes, and now enjoys a reputation for unfailing reliability.
Be Lounge offers exclusive products whose range has been entirely designed in-house. We don't subcontract and our warehouses allow us to stock all our products. But what would these references be without skilled professionals to install them harmoniously ? Our dedicated project

Apidology is the study of bee behaviour, health techniques and breeding and selection techniques. Based in the Var, in the heart of the Sainte-Baume massif, the OFA and its twenty or so collaborators, beekeepers and scientists, are working to repopulate the bee population in order to boost the pollination needed to maintain agricultural production.
For 10 years, the OFA has been taking action to help bees and preserve biodiversity. Whether through the training of beekeepers in France and Rwanda, applied research into the benefits of propolis for human health and the anti-fungal treatment of plants, or raising the awareness of millions of French people about the importance of the role of bees, the OFA carries out its general interest missions among the general public, businesses, the world of research and local authorities.
The OFA is responding to the impact of the disappearance of bees by considering the ecological and economic importance of this pollinator, which is essential for maintaining biodiversity, with four priority actions:
- Training professional beekeepers since 2014 at its facilities on the Sainte-Baume and from 2021 at the Bee Academy set up in Avignon in partnership with ISEMA Business School.
- The selection and breeding of queens and swarms and performance testing of its experimental apiary comprising 2,000 bee colonies.
- Applied scientific research into the causes of bee mortality and the benefits of beehive products for human health.
- Awareness-raising and education with the annual national "Flowers for Bees" campaign and the "School of Bees" educational programme for children.
